The Deportivo Rondeau fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Deportivo Rondeau's Fidel Cuarto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience was convinced that Fausto Hodei's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Albano Ferrando was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. 13 minutes into the match, Kaiser FC's Fausto Hodei sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Albano Ferrando narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fidel Cuarto made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Fidel Cuarto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Rondeau fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Denis Frechoso hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Deportivo Rondeau's Fidel Cuarto got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Justo Heriberto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Rondeau's supporters rose to their feet, but Justo Heriberto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Herminio Aimar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Deportivo Rondeau's Fidel Cuarto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Herminio Aimar. That made the score 1-5 after 79 minutes of play. Herminio Aimar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fidel Cuarto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fidel Cuarto was extremely unlucky when he, in the 90th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rigoberto Teofilio during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Kaiser FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Rigoberto Teofilio hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Hodei in the 93rd minute of play forced Deportivo Rondeau's goalkeeper Albano Ferrando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Deportivo Rondeau walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
