The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anier Chesus during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Anier Chesus hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Isidoro Tuste showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ovidio Malvin, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. After 20 minutes of play, Anyelo MDP's Epifanio Edwardo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isidoro Tuste was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Anyelo MDP's Celestino Donio got a free kick in the 26th minute. If Ovidio Malvin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reynaldo Lizardi hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Isidoro Tuste made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gogo Astigar in the 34th minute of play. Ovidio Malvin charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ovidio Malvin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gogo Astigar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidoro Tuste having to interfere. 39 minutes into the game, Americo Gamus was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ajax 1995's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Anyelo MDP the free kick. In the 39th match minute, Ajax 1995 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Americo Gamus to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Ajax 1995's zone, Ovidio Malvin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isidoro Tuste came out of the goal and Ovidio Malvin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Americo Gamus was shown his second yellow card after 46 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Ajax 1995 getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Americo Gamus hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Martin Tomi was the one to do the kick off. Edgardo Videl hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Serafin Castulo missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 57 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Isidoro Tuste right hand side. Epifanio Edwardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Honorio Guillelmus charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Honorio Guillelmus the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ajax 1995 getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Honorio Guillelmus hit a great ball. 63 minutes into the match, Ajax 1995's goal looked a bit too open when Angelino Manni came free, but Isidoro Tuste reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute, Angelino Manni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute of the match, Ovidio Malvin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Isidoro Tuste was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Ovidio Malvin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 77 minutes into the game, Epifanio Edwardo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Anyelo MDP's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ajax 1995 the free kick. Isidoro Tuste made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ovidio Malvin in the 83rd minute. 86 minutes into the match, Ajax 1995's goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Edwardo came free, but Isidoro Tuste reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th match minute, Ajax 1995 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorio Guillelmus to maneuver through the defense. The Ajax 1995 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Anyelo MDP were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
