In the 3rd minute, Amadeo Duardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ermegildo Tirso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Humberto Ortiz made a huge save. Bartolo Herensuge came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by La Banda del Chila's Justino Urritz. But to his dismay, Justino Urritz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Amadeo Duardo hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute, Koštabona Fair Play's Basilio Locaio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Humberto Ortiz. Humberto Ortiz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Haroldo Guerrero kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artemio Olayo in the 21st minute of play forced Koštabona Fair Play's goalkeeper Bartolo Herensuge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bartolo Herensuge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonel Baldovino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Koštabona Fair Play getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Tomas Orkatz hit a great ball. In the 26th minute of the match, Julio Abascal tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Humberto Ortiz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Humberto Ortiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julio Abascal, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 28 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Koštabona Fair Play's Julio Abascal fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Ermegildo Tirso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Humberto Ortiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julio Abascal in the 40th minute of the match. Ermegildo Tirso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Ortiz having to interfere. In the 43rd match minute, Koštabona Fair Play was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basilio Locaio to maneuver through the defense. Francisco Urbez scored 2-2 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bartolo Herensuge, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Artemio Olayo was the one to do the kick off. Humberto Ortiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carmelo Bernat, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Humberto Ortiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Orkatz in the 56th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the game, Koštabona Fair Play's Ermegildo Tirso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. La Banda del Chila's Humberto Ortiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julio Abascal in the 67th minute of play. Humberto Ortiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basilio Locaio in the 68th minute of the match. Carmelo Bernat kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match.
