An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo Socorro in the 17th minute of play forced La Banda del Chila's goalkeeper Humberto Ortiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raimundo Socorro took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Humberto Ortiz. When Raimundo Arantes fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Banda del Chila's protests and gave Raimundo Arantes a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Generoso Xabel in the 28th minute of play forced La Banda del Chila's goalkeeper Humberto Ortiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Artemio Olayo to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermegildo Misael in the 51st minute of play forced La Banda del Chila's goalkeeper Humberto Ortiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Batán's Everardo Mederi got a free kick in the 71st minute. Generoso Xabel hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. 81 minutes into the match, Generoso Xabel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Humberto Ortiz, 1-5. Eusebio Lehoi hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Ermegildo Misael blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Humberto Ortiz having to make a save. With a little luck, La Banda del Chila's Humberto Ortiz got control of the ball when Raimundo Socorro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Raimundo Arantes got his second yellow card in the match during the 94th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 95th minute, Raimundo Arantes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Humberto Ortiz was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Eusebio Lehoi.
