With an all-out effort, Scaloneta FC's Armando Koldo threw himself towards the right post 19 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Freddy Oihenarte, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Tomasz Kuszczak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvério Velasco in the 24th minute of the match. Huang Jian Tian could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Armando Koldo made a huge save. With a little luck, Inter Nados's Armando Koldo got control of the ball when Freddy Oihenarte tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 37th minute, Scaloneta FC's Freddy Oihenarte dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Inter Nados's Armando Koldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Oihenarte in the 40th minute of play. Armando Koldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Oihenarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. A collision led to Inter Nados getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Abelardo Palos hit a great ball. Stanimir Kopanov hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Scaloneta FC's Tomasz Kuszczak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvério Velasco in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Huang Jian Tian stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Edgard Cesaro fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Inter Nados's protests and gave Edgard Cesaro a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Inter Nados getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Edgard Cesaro hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Inter Nados's zone, Antonio Honesto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armando Koldo came out of the goal and Antonio Honesto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 63 minutes into the match, Huang Jian Tian had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Armando Koldo. Inter Nados's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Huang Jian Tian was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Gonzalo Ermengol kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. When Scaloneta FC's Huang Jian Tian in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Inter Nados's goalie prevented a goal. 77 minutes into the game, Carolo Perutxo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Inter Nados's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Scaloneta FC the free kick. Armando Koldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro Fonda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Scaloneta FC's Tomasz Kuszczak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Scaloneta FC from getting a goal against them. Armando Koldo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Huang Jian Tian's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Armando Koldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Huang Jian Tian in the 85th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Silvério Velasco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute, Huang Jian Tian left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Scaloneta FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. After some careless play in the Inter Nados defense, Freddy Oihenarte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armando Koldo. The Inter Nados fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armando Koldo should have stopped the shot. There was no doubt that Scaloneta FC were the better team. Scaloneta FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
