If Nexhmi Gunga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 6 minutes into the match, Platense's goal looked a bit too open when Bonifacio Argenis came free, but Levanto Pinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zhou Peng Ao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cecilio Bertol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikos Papadamou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oscar Danel struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Cecilio Bertol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Platense. The audience was convinced that Nikos Papadamou's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cecilio Bertol was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Cecilio Bertol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Danel, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Abismo's Agustin Sidro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Levanto Pinto in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Nikos Papadamou struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Cecilio Bertol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Platense. Cecilio Bertol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikos Papadamou in the 29th minute of play. Platense were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after C.A. Abismo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Oscar Danel took the corner. The corner ended in Christian Esiquio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but C.A. Abismo's Cecilio Bertol did a great save. The supporters of Platense booed when C.A. Abismo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bonifacio Argenis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Platense's Levanto Pinto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgilio Casado in the 46th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nexhmi Gunga to strike the kick off in the second half. Nexhmi Gunga in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Levanto Pinto, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cecilio Bertol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zhou Peng Ao in the 54th minute of the match. Cecilio Bertol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikos Papadamou, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Platense's zone, Bonifacio Argenis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Levanto Pinto came out of the goal and Bonifacio Argenis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 59 minutes into the match, C.A. Abismo's goal looked a bit too open when Nikos Papadamou came free, but Cecilio Bertol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Levanto Pinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bonifacio Argenis in the 60th minute of play. After 61 played minutes C.A. Abismo got a freekick which was hit by Constantino Jayvier. The supporters of Platense booed when C.A. Abismo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Urtats didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes into the match, C.A. Abismo's goal looked a bit too open when Nikos Papadamou came free, but Cecilio Bertol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nexhmi Gunga in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Levanto Pinto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Levanto Pinto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nexhmi Gunga in the 67th minute. The supporters of C.A. Abismo booed when Platense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Danel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute, Nikos Papadamou got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nexhmi Gunga's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Levanto Pinto skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. C.A. Abismo were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Platense's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Agustin Sidro took the corner. After taking down the ball on C.A. Abismo's corner Paulo Urtats fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Levanto Pinto quite easily take care of the ball. Nexhmi Gunga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Levanto Pinto having to interfere. When the match clock showed 93 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Nikos Papadamou sped through C.A. Abismo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cecilio Bertol.
