Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Guido Rocendo started the match with the kick off. After 5 played minutes Lugano con el rojo got a freekick which was hit by Leon Laurentzi. 7 minutes into the match, Lugano con el rojo's Guido Rocendo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cirilo Bernard narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético La Vía's zone, Guido Rocendo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cirilo Bernard came out of the goal and Guido Rocendo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Club Atlético La Vía booed when Lugano con el rojo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elvio Manex didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Santiago Transito got free with Carlos Kemen in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lennart Käcker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Carlos Kemen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cirilo Bernard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Elorri in the 19th minute of the match. Lugano con el rojo's Elvio Manex managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Domingo Estebano in the 20 minute of the game. Guido Rocendo might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cirilo Bernard. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guido Rocendo ran back to his position shaking his head. 22 minutes into the match, Guido Rocendo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cirilo Bernard. Club Atlético La Vía's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guido Rocendo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Club Atlético La Vía's Cirilo Bernard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Rocendo in the 27th minute of play. Guido Rocendo took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cirilo Bernard. Cirilo Bernard dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. If Guido Rocendo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cirilo Bernard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Rocendo in the 33rd minute of play. Cirilo Bernard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guido Rocendo, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Carlos Kemen came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético La Vía's Santiago Transito. But to his dismay, Santiago Transito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Pedro Elorri hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute Guido Rocendo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cirilo Bernard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Lennart Käcker made the kick off in the second half. Carlos Kemen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lennart Käcker in the 51st minute of play. Carlos Kemen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michel Hedkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Amador Mark's late challenge caught a Lugano con el rojo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amador Mark helped the player get up and apologised. After 55 played minutes Club Atlético La Vía got a freekick which was hit by Amador Mark. Elvio Manex was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 56th minute. Lugano con el rojo's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Lugano con el rojo's Carlos Kemen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michel Hedkvist in the 64th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Silvano Firmin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guido Rocendo struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Cirilo Bernard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lugano con el rojo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guido Rocendo got free with Cirilo Bernard in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cirilo Bernard made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guido Rocendo in the 83rd minute. Guido Rocendo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Cirilo Bernard made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Lugano con el rojo's Guido Rocendo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cirilo Bernard. That made the score 1-3 after 85 minutes of play. Lugano con el rojo made a substitution. Santiago Sayvion replaced Leon Laurentzi. 92 minutes into the match, Lugano con el rojo's Guido Rocendo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cirilo Bernard narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Carlos Kemen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lennart Käcker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
