An unexpected shot in the 79th minute by Michalis Kourtis got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Agustin Ereinotz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvério Neto in the 81st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Concepcion's Rodrigo Milian got a free kick in the 85th minute. Evaristo Bernaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute, Concordia's Lobo Ledesma ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Diego Ferdinand. Diego Ferdinand yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. The Concepcion fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Concordia were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
