The supporters of Papato Tatengue booed when CUNTIS ATHLETIC CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yakup Tandan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Papato Tatengue's goalkeeper Filiberto Luke had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Frantzes. Teodoro Chano hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Filiberto Luke made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alonzo Bingen in the 23rd minute. In the 25th minute Uli Epp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filiberto Luke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filiberto Luke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uli Epp, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After 41 minutes, Cristian Frantzes made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Papato Tatengue's Filiberto Luke tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the CUNTIS ATHLETIC CLUB defense, Cipriano Bernat kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teofilo Gaitan. The CUNTIS ATHLETIC CLUB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teofilo Gaitan should have stopped the shot. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

CUNTIS ATHLETIC CLUB made a substitution. Fernando Morell replaced Alonzo Bingen. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cristian Frantzes was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute, Gaudencio Bonadona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fernando Morell in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Filiberto Luke saved Papato Tatengue from getting behind. Cayetano Poncio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Teofilo Gaitan made a huge save. With a little luck, CUNTIS ATHLETIC CLUB's Teofilo Gaitan got control of the ball when Cipriano Bernat tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cipriano Bernat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofilo Gaitan having to interfere. Teofilo Gaitan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Bernat, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 72 minutes into the game, Fernando Morell cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Luisito Remigio was slow to take the kick. During this time CUNTIS ATHLETIC CLUB's players had a chance to rest. Luisito Remigio made a great header on CUNTIS ATHLETIC CLUB's corner, it was just that Papato Tatengue's Filiberto Luke managed to reach the ball for a save.
