Jonathan Zurdiņš hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. 5 minutes into the match, Jose Chale dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bruno Tipi, 1-0. In the 10th minute Leonardo Abajas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Václav Filipi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Urtats hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the match, ATLETICO MENDOZA's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin George came free, but Václav Filipi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maximino Ruy was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, DyJ Campeón Sudamericana's goal looked a bit too open when Jose Chale came free, but Bruno Tipi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruno Tipi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. DyJ Campeón Sudamericana's Fabricio Barto was substituted for Dalmacio Gabirel. ATLETICO MENDOZA's defense didn't have a chance, in the 68th minute, when Leonardo Abajas scored to the left of an out of position Václav Filipi, making the score, 2-3. Joaquin George fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Václav Filipi having to interfere. DyJ Campeón Sudamericana's Anastasio Pagomari was substituted for Maximo Ishmael. DyJ Campeón Sudamericana's Bruno Tipi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximino Ruy in the 76th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, ATLETICO MENDOZA's Jose Chale sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bruno Tipi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, ATLETICO MENDOZA's 庞思傲 got a free kick in the 80th minute. After having played for 81 minutes, Amadeo Salvadore managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DyJ Campeón Sudamericana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amadeo Salvadore was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Václav Filipi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anastasio Pagomari in the 87th minute of play. Jose Chale might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruno Tipi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jose Chale ran back to his position shaking his head. DyJ Campeón Sudamericana's Bruno Tipi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Chale in the 91st minute of play. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind DyJ Campeón Sudamericana's goalkeeper Bruno Tipi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. DyJ Campeón Sudamericana had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
