After a rather tough play, Pepomania's Alvaro Bizen got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Pepomania's zone, Lauro Moreira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emiliano Claude came out of the goal and Lauro Moreira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Club Atletico Chusca booed when Pepomania was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidel Baudelio didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lauro Moreira in the 6th minute of play forced Pepomania's goalkeeper Emiliano Claude to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emiliano Claude showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herman Arvidsson in the 7th minute of the match. Baldomero Montae sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 14 played minutes Pepomania got a freekick which was hit by Fermin Goyo. 17 minutes into the match, Pepomania's goal looked a bit too open when Lauro Moreira came free, but Emiliano Claude reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Blas Edorta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emiliano Claude read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Richie Craig during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Emiliano Claude took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lauro Moreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fidel Joachim got free with Serafin Eate in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fidel Joachim to make the kick off. Emiliano Claude was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lauro Moreira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 81 minute of play. In the 84th match minute, Pepomania was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aureliano Mambru to maneuver through the defense. Lauro Moreira's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 86thth minute, Emiliano Claude skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 89 minutes into the match, Pepomania's goalkeeper Emiliano Claude had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lauro Moreira. Club Atletico Chusca's attentive Alberto Confesor managed to snatch the ball when Philipp Morris made a throw-in in the 91st minute of the game. Club Atletico Chusca's Lauro Moreira got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Lauro Moreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lauro Moreira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Emiliano Claude made a huge save. Serafin Eate showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Frantzes in the 97th minute of the match.
