Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Krivaja's Veljko Raičević got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 16th minute Saša Bradić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bojan Bunjevčević saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kojadin Čubrilo in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Slaven Dabanović saved Bilbao from getting behind. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bilbao's goalkeeper Slaven Dabanović, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Srđan Vukov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Kojadin Čubrilo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Slaven Dabanović. Bilbao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kojadin Čubrilo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

After 52 played minutes Krivaja got a freekick which was hit by Stevica Grlić. Aranđel Labus's late challenge caught a Krivaja's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aranđel Labus helped the player get up and apologised. When the match clock showed 72 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Srđan Vukov sped through Bilbao's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Slaven Dabanović. A collision led to Bilbao getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Velimir Nišavić hit a great ball. In the 76th minute, Kojadin Čubrilo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 83rd match minute, Krivaja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stevica Grlić to maneuver through the defense. Kojadin Čubrilo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Slaven Dabanović tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Srđan Vukov got free with Slaven Dabanović in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Slaven Dabanović showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kojadin Čubrilo, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The Krivaja supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Krivaja would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
