That made the score 1-0 after 4 minutes of play. In the 36th minute, Milorad Marković ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. İlmi Ongunsu was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. İlmi Ongunsu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milorad Marković in the 43rd minute of play. In the 45th minute, Milorad Marković got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The wind increased when Milorad Marković made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Kulpin OFK got a freekick which was hit by Vasilije Miladinović. After 59 played minutes, Kulpin OFK's Mihailo Gligić shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper İlmi Ongunsu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kulpin OFK reached it. Ljuba Blaževski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Žarko Ševaljević made a huge save. When Vasilije Miladinović was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 86 minutes had been played.
