Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ristivoj Mirčević made the kick off and thus started the match. Srđan Vlahović came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Petrovaradin's Sibin Vulić. But to his dismay, Sibin Vulić quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Mitar Ristanović made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Ristivoj Mirčević sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 18 minutes, Dario Drinčić managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BMD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dario Drinčić was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Srđan Vlahović made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sibin Vulić in the 22nd minute of play. In the 26th minute, Dejan Đurićić made a precise shot to the right of Srđan Vlahović. BMD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Srđan Vlahović showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sibin Vulić in the 29th minute of the match. Dobrica Šišić struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Mitar Ristanović didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BMD. 41 minutes into the match, Petrovaradin's goalkeeper Mitar Ristanović had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ristivoj Mirčević. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Ristivoj Mirčević managed to get in a good position for a shot. BMD's supporters rose to their feet, but Ristivoj Mirčević was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mitar Ristanović breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mitar Ristanović showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dario Drinčić, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. In the 46th minute, Dejan Đurićić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sibin Vulić stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, BMD's goal looked a bit too open when Sibin Vulić came free, but Srđan Vlahović reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute, Dario Drinčić ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mitar Ristanović was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Julijan Kuveljić recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sibin Vulić in the 84th minute of play forced BMD's goalkeeper Srđan Vlahović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 85 minutes BMD's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dejan Đurićić who took care of the corner kick. After 86 played minutes BMD got a freekick which was hit by Dobrica Šišić. Sibin Vulić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
