After a defensive mix-up in Sun By The Sea's zone, Morvran Edgell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tadeusz Nowak came out of the goal and Morvran Edgell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tadeusz Nowak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Seith Frampton in the 12th minute of play. A collision led to Wales FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Bercelak Jamison hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the game, Mabsant Appleton cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ysgawyn Faherty was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 28th minute, one of Sun By The Sea:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sun By The Sea. In the 29th minute there was a penalty for Wales FC. Morvran Edgell stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tadeusz Nowak. 1-2. After 32 played minutes Sun By The Sea got a freekick which was hit by Yestin Foster. An unexpectedly hard shot by Goreu Eccleston in the 34th minute of play forced Wales FC's goalkeeper Ysgawyn Faherty to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sun By The Sea's zone, Seith Frampton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tadeusz Nowak came out of the goal and Seith Frampton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Seith Frampton made a kick off. Wales FC's Ysgawyn Faherty played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Goreu Eccleston in the 55th minute of play. Seith Frampton might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tadeusz Nowak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Seith Frampton ran back to his position shaking his head. Tadeusz Nowak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Seith Frampton in the 59th minute. Ysgawyn Faherty made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Goreu Eccleston in the 63rd minute of play. Seith Frampton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Tadeusz Nowak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 67 minutes, Bercelak Jamison mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wales FC and the Sun By The Sea players grew even worse after the yellow card. Seith Frampton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. During the 73rd minute of the match Bercelak Jamison completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Bercelak Jamison a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Jeppe Follestad took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ysgawyn Faherty. Wales FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Despite being the better team, Wales FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
