Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Berth Caldwell started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute Arglwydd Culpepper shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Digon Hagen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Arglwydd Culpepper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dewey Cobb received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Ffodor Kennedy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Anwell Hoague hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th minute of the match Anwir Ganly sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ffodor Kennedy skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Clonernagh United's Cubert Boland got a free kick in the 21st minute. After 23 played minutes Clonernagh United got a freekick which was hit by Cubert Boland. Digon Hagen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Berth Caldwell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Arglwydd Culpepper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Drudwas Barney kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Digon Hagen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Berth Caldwell went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 34 minutes, Arglwydd Culpepper mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Clonernagh United and the Kenfig Hill Crimson players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 34 played minutes Clonernagh United got a freekick which was hit by Arglwydd Culpepper. After having played for 36 minutes, Dewey Cobb managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kenfig Hill Crimson's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dewey Cobb was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Gwawl Hatch came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Kenfig Hill Crimson fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gwawl Hatch couldn't finish the play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gwawl Hatch to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Kenfig Hill Crimson's Anwir Ganly seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Anwir Ganly the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Kenfig Hill Crimson protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Anwir Ganly had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. When the match had been going on for 55 minutes, Clonernagh United's Teilo Gaughan got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Digon Hagen. Vaddon Eye recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Berth Caldwell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 75 minutes into the match, Kenfig Hill Crimson's goal looked a bit too open when Berth Caldwell came free, but Digon Hagen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Berth Caldwell managed to get in a good position for a shot. Clonernagh United's supporters rose to their feet, but Berth Caldwell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Digon Hagen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ffodor Kennedy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dewey Cobb, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Dewey Cobb notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Clonernagh United's Ffodor Kennedy. Ffodor Kennedy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Vaddon Eye came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Kenfig Hill Crimson fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vaddon Eye couldn't finish the play. Dewey Cobb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Berth Caldwell came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Clonernagh United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Berth Caldwell couldn't finish the play.
