After a rather tough play, Talgarth's Caledvwich Garrison got a free kick in the 10th minute. From close distance Edern Elkins pressed in the 1-0 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 12 minutes into the game. 17 minutes into the match, Baglan's goal looked a bit too open when Llwybyr Burleson came free, but Eudav Edmund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Llwybyr Burleson hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute Llwybyr Burleson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eudav Edmund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Llwybyr Burleson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Baglan's Eudav Edmund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Llwybyr Burleson in the 28th minute of play. Brys Case charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Brys Case the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Talgarth's Brys Case got a free kick in the 30th minute. 32 minutes into the game, Talgarth's Llwybyr Burleson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eudav Edmund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After 35 minutes of play Talgarth's Brys Case was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Brys Case hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. If Bran Lormer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bran Lormer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Caledvwich Garrison mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Talgarth and the Baglan players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 52 played minutes Talgarth got a freekick which was hit by Caledvwich Garrison. Eudav Edmund was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Calcas Hubbard showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 64 minute of play. When Llwybyr Burleson fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Talgarth's protests and gave Llwybyr Burleson a yellow card for diving instead. Llwybyr Burleson kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Edern Elkins got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Bran Lormer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 71 minutes into the match, Talgarth's goal looked a bit too open when Edern Elkins came free, but Steffan Costello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Steffan Costello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edern Elkins, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 82nd minute, Calcas Hubbard made a precise shot to the right of Eudav Edmund. Baglan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. After a defensive mix-up in Baglan's zone, Llwybyr Burleson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eudav Edmund came out of the goal and Llwybyr Burleson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Baglan getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Rhyawdd Currin hit a great ball. Talgarth's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
