Shanklin FC's Brian Webster got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 73rdth minute of the game Brian Webster who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yarmouth FC's Darren Hastings was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Brian Webster notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Yarmouth FC's Darren Hastings. Darren Hastings was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Timmy McMinn kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. When Ryan Small came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Yarmouth FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ryan Small couldn't finish the play. After 88 played minutes Shanklin FC got a freekick which was hit by Colin McNiter. If Dougal Toward had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
