Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Angus Hay made the kick off which started today's match. Blairgowrie's Wally McKissock proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Blairgowrie from getting a goal against them. After 5 played minutes Caesarians got a freekick which was hit by Jake Eadie. Caesarians's Charles Forster played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angus Hay in the 9th minute of play. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Blairgowrie's goalkeeper Wally McKissock, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Caesarians's Charles Forster played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angus Hay in the 19th minute of play. Aidan McLergain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Richard McTaggart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wally McKissock having to interfere. Charles Forster showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angus Hay, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The supporters of Caesarians booed when Blairgowrie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Clarke didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dean Fairley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Blairgowrie's zone, Richard McTaggart stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wally McKissock came out of the goal and Richard McTaggart tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 41 minutes into the game, Aaron Bryce was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caesarians's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Blairgowrie the free kick. A collision led to Caesarians getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Aaron Bryce hit a great ball. Charles Forster made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aidan McLergain in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute of the game, Euan Donnellson landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. When Finlay McGilp fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caesarians's protests and gave Finlay McGilp a yellow card for diving instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alex Lawson during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Richard McTaggart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aidan McLergain got free with Charles Forster in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aidan McLergain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aidan McLergain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Matt McGreusich shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. With a little luck, Caesarians's Charles Forster got control of the ball when Joshua Mennie tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Dean Fairley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
