Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ronan McCammon took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ronan McCammon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronan McCammon in the 5th minute of play forced Beauly City's goalkeeper Darren Clayton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Beauly City's goal looked a bit too open when Ronan McCammon came free, but Darren Clayton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Darren Clayton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronan McCammon in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronan McCammon in the 11th minute of play forced Beauly City's goalkeeper Darren Clayton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Michael Coutts came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Linlithgow fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michael Coutts couldn't finish the play. Darren Clayton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronan McCammon, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Darren Clayton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Coutts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Ronan McCammon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Linlithgow's supporters rose to their feet, but Ronan McCammon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Darren Clayton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute, Michael Coutts got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 48 minutes into the match, Beauly City's goal looked a bit too open when Ronan McCammon came free, but Darren Clayton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Dominic McDade made the kick off in the second half. Lewis McNeish hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After 62 played minutes Linlithgow got a freekick which was hit by Cameron Menzies. Conor Kenneth kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. If Michael Coutts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute Ronan McCammon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Darren Clayton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michael Coutts's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Darren Clayton firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 81 played minutes Linlithgow got a freekick which was hit by Michael Coutts. 84 minutes into the match, Ronan McCammon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Darren Clayton, 0-2. Rick Ashmore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Harry Simpson kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Linlithgow had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
