Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Henry McMenzies took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry McMenzies in the 5th minute of play forced Linlithgow's goalkeeper Jake McKillop to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ronan McCammon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Glasgow Bulldogs's Henry McMenzies got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Steve Petrie managed to get in a good position for a shot. Glasgow Bulldogs's supporters rose to their feet, but Steve Petrie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jake McKillop breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Steve Petrie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31st match minute, Linlithgow was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cameron Menzies to maneuver through the defense. After 33 played minutes Glasgow Bulldogs got a freekick which was hit by Malcolm McCartair. Linlithgow's Thomas Cunningham got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Linlithgow's Ronan McCammon got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

56 minutes into the match, Glasgow Bulldogs's goal looked a bit too open when Ronan McCammon came free, but Reece Coultard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michael Coutts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reece Coultard having to interfere. Ronan McCammon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Steve Petrie succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 70th playminute. The supporters of Glasgow Bulldogs booed when Linlithgow was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruce Sporran didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ronan Bean, 81 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Henry McMenzies might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jake McKillop. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Henry McMenzies ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 94 minutes, Steve Petrie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glasgow Bulldogs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Steve Petrie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match was over Glasgow Bulldogs could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Linlithgow throughout the match.
