Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dominic McDade got the match started through his kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Murray McCraw kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Darren Clayton. That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. In the 10th minute, Glasgow Bulldogs's Henry McMenzies ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Darren Clayton. Darren Clayton yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Steve Petrie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Darren Clayton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Dominic McDade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Darren Clayton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry McMenzies in the 14th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Beauly City's zone, Henry McMenzies stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Darren Clayton came out of the goal and Henry McMenzies tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 17th minute, one of Beauly City:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Beauly City. 22 minutes into the match, Beauly City's goalkeeper Darren Clayton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Steve Petrie. Darren Clayton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry McMenzies, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Darren Clayton made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Steve Petrie sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Glasgow Bulldogs's zone, Dominic McDade stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reece Coultard came out of the goal and Dominic McDade tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Henry McMenzies had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Steve Petrie in the 36thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Darren Clayton, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 42nd minute Harry Simpson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reece Coultard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the game, Steve Petrie cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Darren Clayton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Steve Petrie's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Darren Clayton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 48th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Henry McMenzies stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Harry Simpson fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Beauly City's protests and gave Harry Simpson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 54th minute, Ronan Bean sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Beauly City's Darren Clayton didn't even have to move. A collision led to Beauly City getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Harry Simpson hit a great ball. In the 60th match minute, Beauly City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harry Simpson to maneuver through the defense. After 61 played minutes, Glasgow Bulldogs's Ronan Bean shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Darren Clayton came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Glasgow Bulldogs reached it. Steve Petrie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Henry McMenzies scored 5-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Darren Clayton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Glasgow Bulldogs fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when Glasgow Bulldogs's Henry McMenzies looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 73 minutes, Henry McMenzies managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glasgow Bulldogs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henry McMenzies was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Henry McMenzies fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Darren Clayton having to interfere. Steve Petrie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Darren Clayton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henry McMenzies, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Henry McMenzies had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Glasgow Bulldogs were the better team. Glasgow Bulldogs's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
