Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Skelmorlie's Daniel McDermid started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Tyler Innes came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Argyll Highlanders fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tyler Innes couldn't finish the play. After 8 played minutes Argyll Highlanders got a freekick which was hit by Roddie McGuaran. 13 minutes into the match, Argyll Highlanders's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel McDermid came free, but Evan McColman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evan McColman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel McDermid, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Argyll Highlanders's goal looked a bit too open when Craig Bowmaker came free, but Evan McColman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Argyll Highlanders's Evan McColman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel McDermid in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Argyll Highlanders's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel McDermid came free, but Evan McColman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tyler Innes in the 29th minute of play forced Skelmorlie's goalkeeper Keith McKelvie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Skelmorlie's Adam McKessock got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Craig Bowmaker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 37 minutes into the match, Argyll Highlanders's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel McDermid came free, but Evan McColman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel McDermid took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evan McColman. Evan McColman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Daniel McDermid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Skelmorlie's Keith McKelvie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tyler Innes in the 46th minute of play. Evan McColman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel McDermid's shot from short distance in the 49th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tyler Innes to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Tyler Innes notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Skelmorlie's Keith McKelvie. Keith McKelvie was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aidan McBaxter hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute, Craig Bowmaker made a precise shot to the right of Evan McColman. Argyll Highlanders's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Evan McColman made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Craig Bowmaker sent off a good shot on target. Daniel McDermid did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-4 to the left of a surprised Evan McColman 85 minutes into the match. After 88 minutes, Tyler Innes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Argyll Highlanders and the Skelmorlie players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Argyll Highlanders getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Tyler Innes hit a great ball. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 91st minute, but Evan McColman got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Argyll Highlanders hanging dry this time. Argyll Highlanders's Evan McColman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel McDermid in the 92nd minute of play. The supporters of Skelmorlie booed when Argyll Highlanders was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aidan McBaxter didn't get a good kick on the ball.
