Norman Clarkson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nigel Crozier, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 18 minutes into the game, babatunde bogroll fc's Keith Loudoun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dougal Lang made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Darius Colyear charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Darius Colyear the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, babatunde bogroll fc's Darius Colyear got a free kick in the 21st minute. Callum McLaverty received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Dougal Lang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Callum McLaverty had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nigel Crozier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norman Clarkson having to interfere. If Keith Loudoun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the match, Rogart's goal looked a bit too open when Callum McLaverty came free, but Dougal Lang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Callum McLaverty struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Dougal Lang didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for babatunde bogroll fc. Dougal Lang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Callum McLaverty in the 42nd minute of play. Rogart's Dougal Lang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Keith Loudoun in the 43rd minute of play. If Callum McLaverty had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nigel Crozier to strike the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 53 in the game by Callum McLaverty from a close distance when the talented Dougal Lang managed to make a qualified save. Rogart's players were relieved. Rogart's Dougal Lang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Keith Loudoun in the 54th minute of play. In the 65th match minute, Rogart was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomas Gillon to maneuver through the defense. Dougal Lang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Keith Loudoun in the 69th minute of play. Nigel Crozier blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Norman Clarkson having to make a save. Callum McLaverty was extremely unlucky when he, in the 76th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Dougal Lang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Keith Loudoun in the 90th minute of play. Dougal Lang acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 95th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Johnny McMunn. Callum McLaverty sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. babatunde bogroll fc were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Rogart to leave the ground with a draw.
