Samuel McThomas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Jordan McGorry tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 6th minute Samuel McThomas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jordan McGorry saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Real Renfrew's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel McThomas came free, but Jordan McGorry reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Samuel McThomas came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Larbert fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuel McThomas couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Samuel McThomas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Larbert's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuel McThomas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jordan McGorry breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by James Cottrill in the 14th minute of play forced Real Renfrew's goalkeeper Jordan McGorry to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute Eddie Bontein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jordan McGorry saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Samuel McThomas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Blair Coultard hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute Troy McClymont shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jordan McGorry saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samuel McThomas scored 0-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jordan McGorry, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 26th minute James Cottrill shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jordan McGorry saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute, Arthur McCook hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Samuel McThomas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Renfrew's Jordan McGorry played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel McThomas in the 34th minute of play. 35 minutes into the game, Alex McGruder was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Renfrew's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Larbert the free kick. A collision led to Real Renfrew getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Alex McGruder hit a great ball. Real Renfrew's Jordan McGorry played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eddie Bontein in the 38th minute of play. In the 39thth minute of the game Samuel McThomas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Renfrew's Jordan McGorry was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eddie Bontein charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eddie Bontein the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eddie Bontein hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alex McGruder to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Samuel McThomas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Jordan McGorry was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 59th minute Alex McGruder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wayne Stalker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samuel McThomas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jordan McGorry having to interfere. In the 64th minute James Cottrill shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jordan McGorry saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the game, Real Renfrew's Arthur McCook nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wayne Stalker made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Samuel McThomas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jordan McGorry read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Alex McGruder hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Arthur McCook hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After 77 played minutes Real Renfrew got a freekick which was hit by Arthur McCook. Samuel McThomas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samuel McThomas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Henry McElheran made in the 86th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Real Renfrew's Blair Coultard. Samuel McThomas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eddie Bontein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jordan McGorry having to interfere. Jordan McGorry made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Samuel McThomas sent off a good shot on target.
