Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Augusto da Rocha kicked off to start the match. Francisco Soares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Nuno Távora tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th minute, Raul Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oliveira Soares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artur Semedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Oliveira Soares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artur Semedo in the 12th minute of the match. Oliveira Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artur Semedo in the 16th minute of play. Nuno Távora made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Augusto da Rocha sent off a good shot on target. In the 26th minute, Pedro Pinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in CS INDOMÁVEIS's zone, Artur Semedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oliveira Soares came out of the goal and Artur Semedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 30 minutes into the game, Clube Atlético Riachense's Eduardo Couto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oliveira Soares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Artur Semedo took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oliveira Soares. Oliveira Soares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After having played for 41 minutes, Artur Semedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clube Atlético Riachense's supporters crossed their fingers, but Artur Semedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Artur Semedo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oliveira Soares. CS INDOMÁVEIS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Artur Semedo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Artur Semedo made the kick off in the second half. Oliveira Soares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raul Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Clube Atlético Riachense's Artur Semedo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Oliveira Soares. That made the score 0-4 after 58 minutes of play. A throw-in in the 61st minute of the game was made by José Figueiredo with Raul Costa as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 68 minutes into the game, CS INDOMÁVEIS's Carlos Luz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nuno Távora made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Artur Semedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. In the 74th minute, CS INDOMÁVEIS's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ricardo Silveira fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ricardo Silveira got free with Oliveira Soares in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 79 minutes into the match, Clube Atlético Riachense's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Soares came free, but Nuno Távora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Clube Atlético Riachense defense, Francisco Soares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nuno Távora. The Clube Atlético Riachense fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nuno Távora should have stopped the shot. Clube Atlético Riachense's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
