After some careless play in the F.C.P.F defense, Rui Paiva kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alexandre Severiano. The F.C.P.F fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexandre Severiano should have stopped the shot. Rui Paiva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alexandre Severiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rui Paiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. When Egídio Henriques fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C.P.F's protests and gave Egídio Henriques a yellow card for diving instead. The JD Meinedo fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when JD Meinedo's Rui Paiva looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Alexandre Severiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rui Paiva in the 30th minute of play. The JD Meinedo fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when JD Meinedo's Daniel Santarém looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Rui Paiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Alexandre Severiano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexandre Severiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from António Leite, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 41 minutes into the match, F.C.P.F's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Santarém came free, but Alexandre Severiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd match minute, F.C.P.F was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egídio Henriques to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rui Paiva in the 45th minute of play forced F.C.P.F's goalkeeper Alexandre Severiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When António Leite came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the JD Meinedo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that António Leite couldn't finish the play.

The wind increased when Germano Gameiro made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rui Paiva in the 53rd minute of play forced F.C.P.F's goalkeeper Alexandre Severiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 53 minutes into the match, F.C.P.F's goalkeeper Alexandre Severiano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Santarém. Egídio Henriques kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. When Rui Paiva came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the JD Meinedo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rui Paiva couldn't finish the play. A collision led to F.C.P.F getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Germano Gameiro hit a great ball. Rui Paiva was extremely unlucky when he, in the 64th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. F.C.P.F's Alexandre Severiano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save F.C.P.F from getting a goal against them. Germano Gameiro's late challenge caught a JD Meinedo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Germano Gameiro helped the player get up and apologised. Germano Gameiro hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Daniel Garcia took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 69th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alexandre Severiano. F.C.P.F's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Rui Paiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to F.C.P.F getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Cristiano Vidigal hit a great ball. With a little luck, F.C.P.F's Alexandre Severiano got control of the ball when Daniel Santarém tried to sneak it across the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Daniel Santarém dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alexandre Severiano, 0-5. 85 minutes into the match, F.C.P.F's goal looked a bit too open when Rui Paiva came free, but Alexandre Severiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Germano Gameiro was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 85 minutes had been played. Alexandre Severiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rui Paiva in the 93rd minute of the match. Daniel Santarém scored 0-6 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alexandre Severiano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle sounded JD Meinedo left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than F.C.P.F.
