Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Ribeiro started the match with the kick off. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Raul Santarém put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Filinto Brás. Filinto Brás showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lourenço Delgado in the 16th minute of the match. After 17 played minutes FC Cerveja fresquinha got a freekick which was hit by Telmo Valadares. Lourenço Delgado struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Filinto Brás didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sobradelo. In the 20thth minute of the game Raul Santarém who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Cerveja fresquinha's Filinto Brás was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sobradelo's goalkeeper Augusto Gonçalves, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 23 minutes of play, FC Cerveja fresquinha's Alcides Padilha made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Augusto Gonçalves was left in no man's land by his defense there! Raul Santarém took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Filinto Brás. Filinto Brás dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. When Gustavo Macedo fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sobradelo's protests and gave Gustavo Macedo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FC Cerveja fresquinha booed when Sobradelo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Macedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Lourenço Delgado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Ribeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Gonçalves having to interfere. The FC Cerveja fresquinha players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sobradelo were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Raul Santarém was the one to do the kick off. Lourenço Delgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Telmo Valadares during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 66 minutes, Jorge Teixeira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sobradelo and the FC Cerveja fresquinha players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FC Cerveja fresquinha booed when Sobradelo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Teixeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 69 minutes of play Sobradelo's Gustavo Macedo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Sobradelo getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Gustavo Macedo hit a great ball. Daniel Ribeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Gonçalves having to interfere. During the 72nd minute of the match Jorge Teixeira completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jorge Teixeira a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Jorge Teixeira hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Augusto Gonçalves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alcides Padilha in the 80th minute of play. Raul Santarém who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Filinto Brás when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sobradelo's goalkeeper Augusto Gonçalves, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alcides Padilha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Augusto Gonçalves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sobradelo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
