Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Teófilo Guimarães made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the game, Montinhos FC's João Valente nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jorge Domingos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Paulo Torres hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute of the match Caetano Pinheiro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but David Cardoso skillfully saved the ball. Oleiros Futebol Clube's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Caetano Pinheiro in the 12th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Carneiro in the 14th minute of play forced Oleiros Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Jorge Domingos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When João Valente came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Montinhos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Valente couldn't finish the play. After 19 minutes, Caetano Pinheiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oleiros Futebol Clube and the Montinhos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Caetano Pinheiro hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. If Angelo Lucena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute, Joel Carneiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Montinhos FC's David Cardoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Montinhos FC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Oleiros Futebol Clube's Luís Padilha got a free kick in the 32nd minute. The supporters of Montinhos FC booed when Oleiros Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Lucena didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joel Carneiro in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jorge Domingos saved Oleiros Futebol Clube from getting behind. After 39 minutes, Luís Padilha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oleiros Futebol Clube and the Montinhos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 39th minute, Luís Padilha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Montinhos FC's David Cardoso got control of the ball when Claudemiro Ribas tried to sneak it across the goal line. 44 minutes into the game, José Cabral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Montinhos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Oleiros Futebol Clube the free kick. At last the ball reached Teófilo Guimarães at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Montinhos FC. 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When Teófilo Guimarães came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Oleiros Futebol Clube fans jumped to their feet. Jorge Domingos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Carneiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teófilo Guimarães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Cardoso having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Paulo Torres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jorge Domingos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Carneiro in the 69th minute of the match. Claudemiro Ribas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. David Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd match minute, Montinhos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Cabral to maneuver through the defense. If Teófilo Guimarães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 86 minutes into the game, Joel Carneiro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jorge Domingos. Joel Carneiro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joel Carneiro in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jorge Domingos saved Oleiros Futebol Clube from getting behind. Joel Carneiro struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Jorge Domingos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Montinhos FC. In the 97th match minute, Oleiros Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Caeiro to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Montinhos FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
