After having played for 7 minutes, Diamantino Santarém managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 26thth minute of the game Albertino Borba who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Amiozinho's Rafael Lencastre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Albertino Borba came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Mafra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albertino Borba couldn't finish the play. Leonardo Bulhosa struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Ricardo Dantas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Amiozinho. 39 minutes into the match, Mafra's Albertino Borba sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rafael Lencastre narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
