Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Caveira's goalkeeper Caetano Guerra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Joaquim Mota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Avelar in the 11th minute of play. A collision led to Urqueira FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. António Borges hit a great ball. Caveira's Kevin Avelar got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Domingos Resende came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Urqueira FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Domingos Resende couldn't finish the play. Paulino Bulhosa was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 28 minutes into the match. The goalkeeper, Caetano Guerra, was totally fooled by Urqueira FC's Francisco Tavares, who 30 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Lourenço Fernandes hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hélder lago in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquim Mota saved Urqueira FC from getting behind. 36 minutes into the match, Caveira's goal looked a bit too open when Domingos Resende came free, but Caetano Guerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Caetano Guerra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingos Resende, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joaquim Mota showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hélder lago, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 41 minutes into the game, Artur Paiva was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Urqueira FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caveira the free kick. In the 41st match minute, Urqueira FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artur Paiva to maneuver through the defense. Caetano Guerra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingos Resende, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After 46 minutes of play, Urqueira FC's Adolfo Lima made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Caetano Guerra was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hélder lago was the one to do the kick off. Bento Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Caetano Guerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Caveira's Caetano Guerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingos Resende in the 53rd minute of play. Caetano Guerra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingos Resende, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Caetano Guerra came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Urqueira FC's Domingos Resende. But to his dismay, Domingos Resende quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 67 minutes into the match, Caveira's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Lima came free, but Caetano Guerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute, Lúcio Ferro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 76th minute Adolfo Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caetano Guerra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Adolfo Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 86th minute, Domingos Resende made a precise shot to the right of Caetano Guerra. Caveira's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. A collision led to Caveira getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Jacinto Alvarenga hit a great ball. Caetano Guerra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingos Resende, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Caveira players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Urqueira FC.
