SC Seixal's Luís Ribeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Pedroso in the 55th minute of play. Igor Rebelo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duarte Amaral in the 57th minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Atletico Torre da Marinha's goal looked a bit too open when Duarte Amaral came free, but Igor Rebelo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santiago Baião was shown his second yellow card after 75 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. 74 minutes into the game, one of Atletico Torre da Marinha:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.
