In the 8th minute, Gil Dias left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GRAVATO LOULE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. David Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Sandro Assis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SC Canastres's Sandro Assis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Leite in the 18th minute of play. The supporters of GRAVATO LOULE booed when SC Canastres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afonso Borges didn't get a good kick on the ball. João Leite sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 35 minutes of play, GRAVATO LOULE's Afonso Brito made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sandro Assis was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 39th minute David Antunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandro Assis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sandro Assis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Antunes in the 41st minute of play. Filipe Gomes in the 44thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Álvaro Silva, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.

After having played for 53 minutes, David Antunes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GRAVATO LOULE's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Antunes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. GRAVATO LOULE's Álvaro Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amílcar Reis in the 64th minute of play. The supporters of GRAVATO LOULE booed when SC Canastres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandro Borges didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandro Borges in the 68th minute of play forced GRAVATO LOULE's goalkeeper Álvaro Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Sandro Borges notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of GRAVATO LOULE's Álvaro Silva. Álvaro Silva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 73 minutes of play, SC Canastres's Filipe Gomes made it 4-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Álvaro Silva was left in no man's land by his defense there! When João Leite fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GRAVATO LOULE's protests and gave João Leite a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of SC Canastres booed when GRAVATO LOULE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Leite didn't get a good kick on the ball. David Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Sandro Assis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, GRAVATO LOULE's goal looked a bit too open when Filipe Gomes came free, but Álvaro Silva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GRAVATO LOULE's David Antunes got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Afonso Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandro Assis having to interfere. David Antunes might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sandro Assis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. David Antunes ran back to his position shaking his head. Álvaro Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandro Borges in the 96th minute of the match. Many of GRAVATO LOULE's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. GRAVATO LOULE may have spent more time on the ball, but SC Canastres were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
