Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ricardo Maia took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Cristiano Lima came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Quelfes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristiano Lima couldn't finish the play. Ricardo Maia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ricardo Lisboa having to make a save. In the 13th minute, Cristiano Lima made a precise shot to the right of Ricardo Lisboa. Estalagem FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristóvão Lima in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sandro Magalhães saved Quelfes from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Augusto Vieira got free with Sandro Magalhães in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Quelfes's Sandro Magalhães proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Quelfes from getting a goal against them. Ricardo Lisboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardo Maia, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 36th minute, Augusto Vieira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Estalagem FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Afonso Neto hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute, Cristóvão Lima ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sandro Magalhães was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Augusto Vieira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Sandro Magalhães made a huge save.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristóvão Lima made a kick off. When Afonso Neto fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Quelfes's protests and gave Afonso Neto a yellow card for diving instead. Quelfes's Sandro Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristóvão Lima in the 54th minute of play. After 55 minutes, Amílcar Assunção mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Quelfes and the Estalagem FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Estalagem FC booed when Quelfes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amílcar Assunção didn't get a good kick on the ball. Estalagem FC's Cristóvão Lima got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Augusto Vieira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sandro Magalhães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristóvão Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 83 minutes, Carlos Vale mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Estalagem FC and the Quelfes players grew even worse after the yellow card. Carlos Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Quelfes's Ricardo Maia got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 86 played minutes Estalagem FC got a freekick which was hit by Marco Baptista. After a defensive mix-up in Quelfes's zone, Augusto Vieira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sandro Magalhães came out of the goal and Augusto Vieira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Augusto Vieira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Estalagem FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
