Murilo Raposo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Hugo Castro sped through Carquistão FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Murilo Raposo. In the 7th match minute, SC Levrinho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Ribeiro to maneuver through the defense. If Tomás Baía had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Murilo Raposo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Castro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gonçalo Fernandes in the 15thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cândido Bessa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 16 minutes into the match, SC Levrinho's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Baía came free, but Cândido Bessa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gonçalo Fernandes in the 18thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cândido Bessa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. SC Levrinho's Cláudio Brás got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Levrinho's goalkeeper Cândido Bessa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 32nd minute, Cláudio Brás ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Murilo Raposo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Hugo Castro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cláudio Brás received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Murilo Raposo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomás Baía received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Cândido Bessa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Hugo Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Hugo Castro made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute of the match SC Levrinho got a corner. Carquistão FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Afonso Bessa ran over to the corner to take the kick. Rodrigo Ferro made a great header on SC Levrinho's corner, it was just that Carquistão FC's Murilo Raposo managed to reach the ball for a save. SC Levrinho's Cândido Bessa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonçalo Fernandes in the 57th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Hugo Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Augusto Ribeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Carquistão FC's Diamantino Sanches got a free kick in the 66th minute. SC Levrinho's Afonso Bessa couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 67th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Carquistão FC. Tomás Baía recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 72nd minute, Tomás Baía got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 76 played minutes Carquistão FC got a freekick which was hit by Diamantino Sanches. Murilo Raposo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Afonso Bessa. Cláudio Brás received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Murilo Raposo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cândido Bessa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gonçalo Fernandes's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. If Hugo Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Augusto Ribeiro's late challenge caught a Carquistão FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Augusto Ribeiro helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to SC Levrinho getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Augusto Ribeiro hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in SC Levrinho's zone, Gonçalo Fernandes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cândido Bessa came out of the goal and Gonçalo Fernandes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Carquistão FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching SC Levrinho's performance. The match ended with a win for SC Levrinho.
