Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Miguel Jesus got the match started through his kick off. Eiravade's Alexandre Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filipe Moniz in the 8th minute of play. Tiago Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Vicente Gomes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Pinheiro having to interfere. Vicente Gomes might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alexandre Pinheiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vicente Gomes ran back to his position shaking his head. Vicente Gomes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Pinheiro having to interfere. When Ancede's Filipe Moniz in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Eiravade's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Miguel Jesus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eiravade's supporters rose to their feet, but Miguel Jesus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eusébio Amaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Filipe Moniz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ancede's Vicente Gomes got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 39 minutes into the match, Eiravade's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Gomes came free, but Alexandre Pinheiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Eiravade's Tiago Andrade got a free kick in the 40th minute. Alexandre Pinheiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filipe Moniz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rui Luz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Filipe Moniz made a kick off. Miguel Jesus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Eusébio Amaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Vicente Gomes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tiago Andrade charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tiago Andrade the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Ancede booed when Eiravade was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiago Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rui Luz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Amaro having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filipe Moniz in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alexandre Pinheiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alexandre Pinheiro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vicente Gomes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 73 minute of play. The supporters of Ancede booed when Eiravade was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Nascimento didn't get a good kick on the ball. 88 minutes into the game, Eiravade's Miguel Jesus nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eusébio Amaro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 93rd minute, one of Ancede:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ancede. Ancede's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
