If André Trigueiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Timóteo Gaspar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lourenço Caetano in the 35th minute of play.

After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Porfírio Maia managed to get in a good position for a shot. G D U ERICEIRENSE's supporters rose to their feet, but Porfírio Maia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cesário Moreira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 53rdth minute of the game Porfírio Maia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Os Marretas Da Bola FC's Cesário Moreira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 57th minute of the match, Lourenço Caetano tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Timóteo Gaspar saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Sandro Sampaio kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Lúcio Albuquerque took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Timóteo Gaspar. G D U ERICEIRENSE's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Os Marretas Da Bola FC's Lourenço Caetano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Timóteo Gaspar. That made the score 0-3 after 70 minutes of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Os Marretas Da Bola FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
