Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Catarino Amaral kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute, Catarino Amaral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lázaro Fernandes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but José Jesus made a huge save. Vítor Andrade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Marzovelos FC's Marcos Patrício got a free kick in the 8th minute. Alexandrino Bento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. José Jesus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gentil Trigueiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Catarino Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Vítor Andrade struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Gentil Trigueiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Cerca. After a defensive mix-up in Marzovelos FC's zone, Catarino Amaral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gentil Trigueiro came out of the goal and Catarino Amaral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 40 minutes, Catarino Amaral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Cerca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Catarino Amaral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vítor Andrade succeeded in the game's 41st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Catarino Amaral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gentil Trigueiro having to interfere. The Marzovelos FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SC Cerca were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Alexandrino Bento made the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes, Marzovelos FC's Lucílio Palha shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper José Jesus came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Marzovelos FC reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Vítor Andrade managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Cerca's supporters rose to their feet, but Vítor Andrade was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gentil Trigueiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 60 minutes into the match, Marzovelos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Catarino Amaral came free, but Gentil Trigueiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Catarino Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vítor Andrade got free with Gentil Trigueiro in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 79 minutes into the game, Nuno Castilho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marzovelos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Cerca the free kick.
