Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Oliveira Gomes made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute Oliveira Gomes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but António Domingues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Luís Leiria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luís Leiria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Paulo Baptista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the game, Kent Hand was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Megapb FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pombares FC the free kick. After 13 played minutes Megapb FC got a freekick which was hit by Kent Hand. Eusébio Moniz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Megapb FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Daniel Reis hit a great ball. António Domingues made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Eusébio Moniz sent off a good shot on target. After 22 minutes of play, Megapb FC's Alexandre Magalhães made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulo Baptista was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Megapb FC's António Domingues got control of the ball when Joaquim Lopes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Megapb FC's António Domingues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliveira Gomes in the 28th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Derry Holt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luís Leiria in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulo Baptista saved Pombares FC from getting behind. Luís Leiria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulo Baptista stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luís Leiria's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. David Martins's late challenge caught a Megapb FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Martins helped the player get up and apologised. The audience was convinced that Luís Leiria's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paulo Baptista was relentless in the 46th minute of the game.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luís Leiria made a kick off. Emílio Coelho kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. A hard shot 59 in the game by Luís Leiria from a close distance when the talented Paulo Baptista managed to make a qualified save. Pombares FC's players were relieved. Megapb FC's Luís Leiria got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Megapb FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Derry Holt hit a great ball. 75 minutes into the game, Pombares FC's David Martins nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. António Domingues made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Megapb FC made a substitution. Lúcio Torres replaced Luís Leiria. Lúcio Torres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Baptista having to interfere. Lúcio Torres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Megapb FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Kent Hand hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusébio Moniz in the 87th minute of play forced Megapb FC's goalkeeper António Domingues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. António Domingues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliveira Gomes in the 91st minute of the match. If Lúcio Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Megapb FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
