Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Alfredo Amaro made the kick off and thus started the match. Eduardo Amaro kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Nuno Reis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alexandre Esteves. Rascoia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, Hélder Soares was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sequeiros's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rascoia the free kick. After 15 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sequeiros! Inácio Trindade had in the 17thth minute some difficulties stopping Lourenço Cardoso's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 17 minutes into the game, Rascoia's Lourenço Cardoso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Inácio Trindade made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Rascoia's Alexandre Esteves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeu Sá in the 26th minute of play. Inácio Trindade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Delgado in the 28th minute of the match. Hélder Pinheiro hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the match, Alfredo Amaro notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Rascoia's Alexandre Esteves. Alexandre Esteves was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Inácio Trindade made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cláudio Campos in the 41st minute. In the 45th of the match, Gabriel Delgado tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Inácio Trindade got in the way and made a wonderful save. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cláudio Campos couldn't finish the play. If Amadeu Sá had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute, Cláudio Campos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rascoia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hélder Pinheiro during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 73rd match minute, Sequeiros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hélder Pinheiro to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Rascoia getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Emílio Ferreira hit a great ball. The supporters of Rascoia booed when Sequeiros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hélder Pinheiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cláudio Campos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inácio Trindade having to interfere. If Rafael Luz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Amadeu Sá had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 92 minutes into the match, Rascoia's Cláudio Campos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Inácio Trindade narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Inácio Trindade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cláudio Campos in the 99th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sequeiros players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Rascoia.
