Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gonçalo Gaspar kicked off to start the match. Rui Ferro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonçalo Gaspar in the 5th minute of play. When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Manuel Lopes sped through Penso FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Catarino Campos. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gonçalo Gaspar in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rui Ferro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When José Lopes fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palma's protests and gave José Lopes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th match minute, Palma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Lopes to maneuver through the defense. Penso FC's Catarino Campos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Lopes in the 24th minute of play. Manuel Lopes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Catarino Campos having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Penso FC's Daniel Borges got a free kick in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Lopes in the 28th minute of play forced Penso FC's goalkeeper Catarino Campos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nuno Miranda took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Catarino Campos. Catarino Campos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Palma's Rui Ferro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Palma from getting a goal against them. Palma's Rui Ferro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonçalo Gaspar in the 42nd minute of play. João Viana kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Gonçalo Gaspar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Rui Ferro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonçalo Gaspar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Palma getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Paulo Vieira hit a great ball. Xavier Pires sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xavier Pires during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Penso FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xavier Pires was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Penso FC's Catarino Campos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Lopes in the 81st minute of play. Catarino Campos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Lopes in the 84th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the game, Nuno Miranda recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Catarino Campos. Nuno Miranda showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Nuno Miranda came free with the goalkeeper in the 89th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Catarino Campos could save by the left post. Xavier Pires received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Rui Ferro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 93 minutes into the match, Palma's goal looked a bit too open when Xavier Pires came free, but Rui Ferro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonçalo Gaspar in the 97th minute of play forced Palma's goalkeeper Rui Ferro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
