Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joaquim Paiva started the match with the kick off. Bento Assis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Simão Monteiro in the 4th minute. Bento Assis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiago Santos in the 14th minute of play. Simão Monteiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tiago Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Bento Assis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Simão Monteiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Bento Assis made a huge save. Rui Guerreiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Nogueira having to interfere. Lucas Nogueira didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Erada FC's Joaquim Paiva shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. The supporters of Erada FC booed when Arroio FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Freitas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 40 minutes, Marco Santos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arroio FC and the Erada FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Arroio FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! Erada FC's Bento Assis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiago Santos in the 46th minute of play. Simão Monteiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Erada FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After having played for 55 minutes, Simão Monteiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arroio FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Simão Monteiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arroio FC's Marco Santos got his second yellow card of the match in the 58th minute. The referee ordered Marco Santos off the ground. In the 60th minute of the match Henrique Aguiar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lucas Nogueira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bento Assis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Freitas in the 64th minute of play. Simão Monteiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bento Assis having to interfere. Jacinto Mendes struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Bento Assis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arroio FC. In the 69th match minute, Erada FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Nogueira to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Arroio FC's Joaquim Carvalho tried to score from far away in the 69th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Henrique Barbosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bento Assis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simão Monteiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. An unexpected shot in the 78th minute by Rui Guerreiro got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Joaquim Paiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 83 played minutes Arroio FC got a freekick which was hit by Armando Freitas. Jacinto Mendes kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. With a little luck, Arroio FC's Lucas Nogueira got control of the ball when Rui Guerreiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lucas Nogueira made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Rui Guerreiro sent off a good shot on target. Simão Monteiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Bento Assis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 97 minutes into the match, Erada FC's goal looked a bit too open when Simão Monteiro came free, but Bento Assis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
