Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Marco Morais kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Rosmaninhal FC booed when Segirei was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos Soares didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th minute there was a penalty for Rosmaninhal FC. André Resende stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gaspar Reis. 0-1. When Rosmaninhal FC's Sandro Barros in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Segirei's goalie prevented a goal. In the 16th minute, Rosmaninhal FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Marco Morais fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. António Marques stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marco Morais's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. In the 21st match minute, Rosmaninhal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Porto to maneuver through the defense. Marco Morais might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over António Marques. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marco Morais ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Rosmaninhal FC's António Marques got control of the ball when Vicente Sá tried to sneak it across the goal line. Domingos Ferreira kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Segirei's Vicente Sá got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vicente Sá received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. António Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Amadeu Ramos was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Fernando Porto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Sandro Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 56 minutes into the game, Domingos Soares was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Segirei's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rosmaninhal FC the free kick. In the 57th minute, Amadeu Ramos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gaspar Reis. The goal made the score 0-2. Gaspar Reis made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Sandro Barros sent off a good shot on target. Rosmaninhal FC's António Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Morais in the 70th minute of play. With his leg Gaspar Reis managed to avoid a goal in the 72ndth minute, when Rosmaninhal FC's Sandro Barros fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Sandro Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Rosmaninhal FC defense, Marco Morais kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of António Marques. The Rosmaninhal FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that António Marques should have stopped the shot. If Domingos Ferreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Garcia took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 90th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for António Marques. Rosmaninhal FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Marco Morais got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Segirei manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Rosmaninhal FC to win.
