Vítor Neto succeeded in the game's 22nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. If Vítor Neto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. João Fontes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Fontes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vítor Neto's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. After a rather tough play, Soltaria's Carlos Antunes got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 80th minute Rui Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre Gonçalves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
