Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Stor Saleh started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Sarge FC defense, Valentine Zumel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cláudio-André Taffarel. The Sarge FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cláudio-André Taffarel should have stopped the shot. Humberto Bomba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franklin Silva having to interfere. Inácio Portela hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Sarge FC's Hermano Coimbra got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 17th minute Stor Saleh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cláudio-André Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Sarge FC's goal looked a bit too open when Damião Leite came free, but Cláudio-André Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cláudio-André Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentine Zumel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute Mirandella FC were awarded a corner. Gentil Junqueira went to the cornerflag to take it. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Valentine Zumel advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-2 in the 24th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valentine Zumel in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cláudio-André Taffarel saved Sarge FC from getting behind. In the 31st match minute, Sarge FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zacarias Diegues to maneuver through the defense. Franklin Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermano Coimbra in the 35th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Mirandella FC's zone, Álvaro Cavaco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Franklin Silva came out of the goal and Álvaro Cavaco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 45 minutes into the game, Álvaro Cavaco recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Franklin Silva. Álvaro Cavaco showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. After the first half Mirandella FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Humberto Bomba made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Damião Leite during the 50th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 50 played minutes Mirandella FC got a freekick which was hit by Damião Leite. The Sarge FC fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when Sarge FC's Humberto Bomba looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 59th minute, Humberto Bomba left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sarge FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. If Stor Saleh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Azenha hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stor Saleh during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Sarge FC booed when Mirandella FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stor Saleh didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Valentine Zumel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cláudio-André Taffarel. Sarge FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valentine Zumel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. 85 minutes into the match, Hermano Coimbra notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Mirandella FC's Franklin Silva. Franklin Silva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Stor Saleh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cláudio-André Taffarel having to interfere. Álvaro Cavaco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sarge FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Mirandella FC for a fine match.
