Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Artun Aydın started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Caxias F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Aldaír Madureira came free, but Álvaro Baía reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Parede Football Club were awarded a corner in the 4th minute after Caxias F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lisandro Reis took the corner. The corner led to Parede Football Club's Afonso Malta getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After 6 played minutes Caxias F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Kip Kerri. Álvaro Baía took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeca Tabernilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 8 minutes, Artun Aydın managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caxias F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Artun Aydın was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chico Frangov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jordão Valadares in the 9th minute of play. Artun Aydın received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Chico Frangov came out and tried to block the shot, but Artun Aydın slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 11th minute. When Kip Kerri fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caxias F.C.'s protests and gave Kip Kerri a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Caxias F.C.'s Kip Kerri got a free kick in the 13th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Parede Football Club's goalkeeper Chico Frangov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nélson Nunes. Zeca Tabernilla struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Álvaro Baía didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Despite this Chico Frangov quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Moisés Caiado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Chico Frangov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Waldir Carvalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Artun Aydın sped through Parede Football Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Chico Frangov. Álvaro Baía showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeca Tabernilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Artun Aydın in the 41stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Chico Frangov, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zeca Tabernilla was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Parede Football Club getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Zeca Tabernilla hit a great ball. In the 54th match minute, Caxias F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Dantas to maneuver through the defense. After 56 minutes, António Salvado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Parede Football Club and the Caxias F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Aldaír Madureira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Álvaro Baía having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Caxias F.C.'s Fernando Dantas got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Caxias F.C.'s goalkeeper Álvaro Baía, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 66 minutes of play, Caxias F.C.'s Artun Aydın made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chico Frangov was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Caxias F.C.'s Álvaro Baía got control of the ball when Waldir Carvalho tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Almiro Fontoura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nazım Gümüş shot from long distance after 74 played minutes, a shot that Chico Frangov with certain difficulty stopped from going in under the crossbar. Caxias F.C.'s Álvaro Baía proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Caxias F.C. from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Parede Football Club getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Almiro Fontoura hit a great ball. In the 81st minute, Nazım Gümüş got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Jordão Valadares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Artun Aydın came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Caxias F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Artun Aydın couldn't finish the play. In the 91st match minute, Parede Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Almiro Fontoura to maneuver through the defense. Nélson Nunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Chico Frangov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Artun Aydın sped through Parede Football Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Chico Frangov. For all the effort they put into the match, the Parede Football Club players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Caxias F.C..
