When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Artur Caldas made a kick off. Filomeno Santana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlos Figueiredo's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. After a rather tough play, Sporting Tuga FC's Maicon Pinheiro got a free kick in the 64th minute. A collision led to AD FAFE getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Noel Regueira hit a great ball. 69 minutes into the match, AD FAFE's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Monsanto came free, but Filomeno Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlos Figueiredo got free with Filomeno Santana in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Filomeno Santana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Figueiredo in the 75th minute. With 77 minutes on the clock, Severiano Curado commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sporting Tuga FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 77th minute. Penalty!
