Teodosio Olo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Fernando Tinoco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernando Tinoco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodosio Olo in the 12th minute of play. Pablo Sarabia's late challenge caught a KINDERUZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pablo Sarabia helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of KINDERUZ booed when Marialva S.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pablo Sarabia didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute Nechifor Isbășoiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Tinoco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KINDERUZ's Teodosio Olo got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Marialva S.C.'s zone, Teodosio Olo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernando Tinoco came out of the goal and Teodosio Olo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When KINDERUZ's Nechifor Isbășoiu in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Marialva S.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Marialva S.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ruben Dias was slow to take the kick. During this time KINDERUZ's players had a chance to rest. After a rather tough play, KINDERUZ's Ricardo Carvalho got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 32nd minute of the match, Manuel Ruas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Isidoro Nóbrega saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 34th minute, Nechifor Isbășoiu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fernando Tinoco was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 39 minutes into the match, Marialva S.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Teodosio Olo came free, but Fernando Tinoco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fernando Tinoco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nechifor Isbășoiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Manuel Ruas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes KINDERUZ got a freekick which was hit by Horácio Eiró. Marialva S.C.'s Fernando Tinoco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Marialva S.C. from getting a goal against them. Nechifor Isbășoiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th minute of the match, Nechifor Isbășoiu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fernando Tinoco was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 64th minute of the match KINDERUZ got a corner. Marialva S.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ruben Dias ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Ruben Dias got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fernando Tinoco quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Nechifor Isbășoiu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Fernando Tinoco made a huge save. Teodosio Olo scored 0-2 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fernando Tinoco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marialva S.C.'s Fernando Tinoco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodosio Olo in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Reginaldo Cordeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teodosio Olo scored 0-3 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fernando Tinoco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 81 played minutes Marialva S.C. got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Ruas. Nechifor Isbășoiu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Fernando Tinoco made a huge save. Marialva S.C.'s Fernando Tinoco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruben Dias in the 86th minute of play. Fernando Tinoco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nechifor Isbășoiu went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. 91 minutes into the match, Marialva S.C.'s goalkeeper Fernando Tinoco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nechifor Isbășoiu. After a rather tough play, KINDERUZ's Hasse Hagel got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 95th minute Manuel Ruas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoro Nóbrega saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
