An unexpectedly hard shot by Romão Tomé in the 13th minute of play forced AllStars Budas's goalkeeper Laureano Fonseca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AllStars Budas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ABELHEIRA.FC the free kick. The supporters of ABELHEIRA.FC booed when AllStars Budas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Vilaverde didn't get a good kick on the ball. ABELHEIRA.FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when José Maria Almiron scored to the left of an out of position Amos Iannucci, making the score, 2-0. In the 39th minute Angelo Taborda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laureano Fonseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, ABELHEIRA.FC's goalkeeper Amos Iannucci had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sorin Pintilescu. After 47 played minutes ABELHEIRA.FC got a freekick which was hit by Isidro Álvares. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when José Maria Almiron stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sorin Pintilescu in the 51st minute of play forced ABELHEIRA.FC's goalkeeper Amos Iannucci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Angelo Taborda came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the ABELHEIRA.FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelo Taborda couldn't finish the play. In the 55th minute, Sorin Pintilescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amos Iannucci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Gerber in the 58th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, José Maria Almiron managed to get in a good position for a shot. AllStars Budas's supporters rose to their feet, but José Maria Almiron was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amos Iannucci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amos Iannucci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Maria Almiron in the 63rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that José Maria Almiron's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amos Iannucci was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. After 68 minutes of play, AllStars Budas's Mariano Vilaverde made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amos Iannucci was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to AllStars Budas getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Dany Tasso hit a great ball. AllStars Budas's Laureano Fonseca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save AllStars Budas from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as ABELHEIRA.FC's Basílio Moutinho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Laureano Fonseca. That made the score 3-1 after 71 minutes of play. In the 74th minute Mariano Vilaverde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amos Iannucci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th match minute, ABELHEIRA.FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basílio Moutinho to maneuver through the defense. Porfírio Rebelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laureano Fonseca having to interfere. If Adélio Valadão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the match, ABELHEIRA.FC's goal looked a bit too open when José Maria Almiron came free, but Amos Iannucci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laureano Fonseca was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Angelo Taborda capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Angelo Taborda really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. AllStars Budas were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of ABELHEIRA.FC for a fine match.
