Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Nailsworth City's Kabiru Afunugo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th match minute, Nailsworth City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abayomi Otubusen to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the match, Flushing City's goal looked a bit too open when Kabiru Afunugo came free, but Tobe Omokaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nko Olanubi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Tobe Omokaro made a huge save. Nailsworth City's Yakwen Onuabunchi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nna Achima in the 17th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Yahamu Kawu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nailsworth City's supporters rose to their feet, but Yahamu Kawu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tobe Omokaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nko Olanubi got free with Tobe Omokaro in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nko Olanubi might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tobe Omokaro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nko Olanubi ran back to his position shaking his head. A hard shot by Nwabuno Al-Makura from long distance, 38 minutes into the match, got Tobe Omokaro's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 40 minutes into the match, Flushing City's goal looked a bit too open when Kabiru Afunugo came free, but Tobe Omokaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kabiru Afunugo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute, Kabiru Afunugo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Yakwen Onuabunchi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nna Achima in the 49th minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nna Achima to strike the kick off in the second half. Chukwufumnanya Ogolo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Yakwen Onuabunchi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Flushing City booed when Nailsworth City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iloabuchi Adeyemi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Nko Olanubi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tobe Omokaro. Flushing City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nko Olanubi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 70 minutes into the match, Flushing City's goal looked a bit too open when Nko Olanubi came free, but Tobe Omokaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tobe Omokaro came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Nailsworth City's Nko Olanubi. But to his dismay, Nko Olanubi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. If Kabiru Afunugo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kabiru Afunugo in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tobe Omokaro saved Flushing City from getting behind. Chukwufumnanya Ogolo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tobe Omokaro came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Nailsworth City's Kabiru Afunugo. But to his dismay, Kabiru Afunugo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Nko Olanubi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 97 played minutes Flushing City got a freekick which was hit by Cletus Cletus Atere. Flushing City's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
